PhD in Environmental Science & Management (UCSB), MS in Geology (San Diego State), BS in Chemistry (UCSB). Internationally recognized expert in site characterization, sensor development, and GIS applications. Featured in Forbes; recipient of the NGWA Technology Award and ASTM Committee D18 Technical Editors Award. Active in NGWA, ASTM, and ITRC.

Dr. Blayne Hartman
CEO, Hartman Environmental Geoscience
Nationally recognized vapor intrusion expert with over 30 years of soil gas and 20 years of vapor intrusion experience. Has trained regulatory agencies in 30+ states, EPA regions, DoD, and ASTSWMO; instructor for EPA-OUST, ITRC, API, and ASTM courses. Contributing author and editor to federal and state vapor intrusion guidance documents.

Kristof Van Vooren
CEO, Group Van Vooren (Europe)
Environmental industry veteran since 1993, beginning at family business Laboratories E. Van Vooren. Acquired the family firm and founded multiple environmental remediation and management companies. Holds a Bachelor's in Business Administration and an MBA in International Business.

Tom Wuyts
Team Manager, Terra Engineering & Consultancy NV (Group Van Vooren)
Master in Chemistry cum laude from the University of Antwerp with additional electrochemistry research. Project leader on multimillion-dollar ex-situ and in-situ remediation initiatives; manages soil surveys, risk analysis, asbestos inventories, and air monitoring assessments.

Dr. Paulo Negrão
CEO, Clean Environment Brasil
Civil Engineering degree and PhD in Geosciences from UNICAMP (State University of Campinas, Brasil). Pioneer in 2011 of mobile laboratories for on-site soil vapor and vapor intrusion analysis in Brasil. Princeton Groundwater course instructor; leads VaporSafe Brasil since 2019.
